Its not a radar at all. It just takes the distance (pitcher to catcher for example) the time it takes to get there (u pushing the button when leaves pitcher and gets to catcher) and it calculates the speed. Simple math! Pointing it at something wont tell u anything correct. Great app!

The gun is actually prety I compared it with real one and it was prety close

It works if u dont have your normal radar gun around!! It gives a basic ballpark estimate at the speed its usually about + or - 3 off but overall its GREAT

Works well most of the time and for the people who say it doesnt work They are not using right

read the directions and youd be grateful that this app existed in the first place.. not bad compared to the real radar gun..its pretty close actually.. math never lies..

This app is great for what its supposed to do. However, in practicality, no one can do this accurately because split seconds change mph. People just get lucky or are wrong. Its very hard to guess where the ball is released and when it hits the glove. But a good concept.

The speeds are COMPLETELY random! If you keep hitting the touch button but never move, it will give you maybe in the twentys all thw way to 200 or higher! Plus the ipod hasnt got a way to measure the speed so yeah. Bored much? Get it if you want to practice hitting a button quickly

This app is great but it is really hard to get the timing right. I tried it a couple of times and it was way off the real speed.

Works great for tennis I havent used it for anything else nor do I need to but I actually have a radar gun but this is nice when you dont wanna carry that thing around. Accurate for the most part.

If u read da stupid instrusions it works amzingly...I am a catcher I use this to time my throw to 2nd

I think its ok.It works but its probably not correct.Still try it.
